Last week’s eating clean challenge went surprisingly well considering it was a very busy week and I didn’t even have time to grocery shop! I just went with whatever we had in the house. However, this week will be more structured as I’m going grocery shopping tomorrow.
This coming week’s menu:
Monday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and onions
Lunch: Subway (not the best choice, but we will be away from our home)
Dinner: Taco Salad
Tuesday:
Breakfast: yogurt and banana bread
Lunch: southwest lettuce wrap
Dinner: chilly cheese steak stuffed peppers
Wednesday:
Breakfast: smoothie
Lunch: chicken, potatoes and broccoli
Dinner: kung-wow chicken
Thursday:
Breakfast: smoothie
Lunch: southwest lettuce wraps
Dinner: grilled flank steak salad
Friday:
Breakfast: smoothie
Lunch: chicken, potatoes and broccoli
Dinner: zucchini pizza sticks and salad
Saturday:
Breakfast: pumpkin spice pancakes
Lunch: veggie quesadillas
Dinner: minestrone soup
Sunday:
Breakfast: veggie omelets
Lunch: turkey avocado wraps
Dinner: clean eats nachos
